Processing of orders
- The shipping time varies according to the quantity and availability of the chosen items.
- Items that are not in inventory at the time of processing the order will be sent as soon as it is available again. (Usually between 1 and 5 business days). Business days do not include weekends or holidays in Venezuela.
- Take into consideration that arq4wd can not always guarantee the availability of our articles. If you have ordered an item that is not in inventory or is delayed, we will notify you via email.
- A confirmation email will be sent with the shipping and tracking information once the order has been processed and sent.
- arq4wd is not responsible for errors in the delivery address provided. The customer must cancel any forwarding expenses in this situation.
Arq4wd offers shipments within Venezuela by zoom and domes
All international orders are shipped via DHL and FedEx. Estimated shipping times after order processing vary by country and customs procedures.
All transactions are considered complete when arq4wd verifies that the package has been sent via DHL or FedEx and receives an international shipping confirmation number which will be sent to the customer via email. Once the tracking code has been sent, the customer should contact the local post office for more information about the status of the package. Arq4wd IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen or delayed packages. By making a purchase at www.arq4wd.com you are accepting these policies.
Please take into account that the customer is responsible for shipping costs, customs taxes and other charges that may be incurred in international shipping.
Take into account that in the following countries: Egypt, Iran, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Syria, Arab Emirates, Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Cyprus the estimated shipping time via DHL can not be guaranteed and can take up to four months for delivery. We are not responsible for delays in delivery. We advise you to choose another shipping method.

Changes, damages and claims
Please inspect your new merchandise immediately after receiving it. If there is any damage please communicate via email to email@example.com placing the title of the email "DAMAGED MERCHANDISE" in the mail must include the order number, full name and explain the situation. You must contact arq4wd within 24 hours of receiving the package to report damages. The damaged merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, it must be found without having been used by the customer. We must take into account that the items in discount and items purchased with discount code are final sales and therefore can not be returned or exchanged. .
For international orders, in case of refund of money due to force majeure, only refunds will be made in dollars (US $) and only PayPal and Bank of America accounts
